Time is an important element of Ayurvedic healing. To ensure meaningful
clinical results, minimum stay for a maintenance Pancha Karma in a healthy
patient is 8 days. Common treatment period to address a health condition is
21 days. A complete treatment 'mandalam' is 41 days. Please email with the
specifics of your health status and goals for an estimate on ideal number of
treatment days.
Also, Kerala enjoys distinct seasons, each with different climate qualities.
