At Rasa Ayurveda, you will never be distracted from your healing process to consider the costs of your room, meals, medicines and therapies, etc. We invite you to enjoy your retreat and focus on your healing and positive transformation, knowing you will not encounter any surprise fees.
Rasa Ayurveda's daily rate is truly all-inclusive!
The daily rate entitles you to receive everything you need for your complete stay and traditional treatment at Rasa Ayurveda, including your personal Ayurvedic intake, customized treatment plan, specialty consultations as needed and continuous supervision or your progress, all indicated full-body treatments, localized treatments, and all internal medicines. (The only elements of your clinical care that may fall outside the daily rate are any needed western diagnostics, like lab tests or scans, and Ayurvedic follow-up medicines you may order to take home with you.)
You'll enjoy delicious Kerala-style Ayurvedic meals prepared for your needs and weekly Ayurvedic cooking classes, as well as a weekly class in basic Ayurveda, and personalized instruction in traditional self-care practices you can continue after your stay.
Also included are your private room and private bath (unless you choose a discounted double occupancy), access to wireless internet and basic laundry service.
Finally, airport transfers are also included. Our driver will be pleased to meet you upon arrival at the Thiruvananthapuram airport or train station, no matter what time you arrive. And he will see you off with a smile when you are ready to catch your flight home, renewed and ready for life.
The only potential additional costs you may want to budget for are transportation for sightseeing or shopping if you choose to take time to explore the area. Finally, you may choose to tip the staff once you've completed your stay at Rasa Ayurveda.

When you come for traditional Ayurvedic treatment, you're likely to reap great benefit by allowing plenty of time for your body and mind to receive and be transformed by the healing process. To encourage you to embrace the value of time as a vital element in Ayurvedic medicine, we offer these fee reductions:
For stays of 21 days or more, a 5% reduction will be applied.
For stays of 31 days or more, a 7% reduction will be applied.
When you choose to receive the full mandalam of treatment at Rasa Ayurveda --41 days-- a 9% reduction will be applied.
Also, when you come to Rasa Ayurveda and share a room with your mother, daughter, sister, auntie, cousin -- or friend!-- you'll both enjoy a 5% discount.
Discounts do not combine.

Step 2: Confirm date availability by completing this Inquiry Form. We'll respond to you within 48 hours.
Step 3: Once your dates are confirmed available, complete the Online Registration Form, and
make a 50% deposit
to complete your reservation. Deposit payment by wire transfer, cash, personal check or credit card is
accepted. Add 4% for credit card processing or pay this fee upon arrival.
