Dr. Pushpa Rani is a champion of Ayurveda for women's health. She is
Assistant Professor at Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda Medical College, and is a
reader researching, writing and teaching in the field of prasoothithantra
and sthreeroga (prenatal, gynecology and obstetrics).
Women's reproductive health is also Dr. Pushpa Rani's clinical specialty,
and she advises on related cases here at Rasa Ayurveda.
In private practice for over 8 years, Pushpa Rani's clinical specialities
include:
menstrual and hormonal complaints (excess bleeding, amenorrhea, etc.),
menopausal syndrome, vaginal discharges and infections, Pruritis vulvae
(vaginal itching), PID (pelvic inflammatory disease), UTI (urinary tract

is Assistant Professor at Government Ayurveda College, Trivandrum.
She completed her BAMS in 1997 at Government Ayurveda College, Trivandrum
and her Masters Degree in 2002, also at Government Ayurveda College,
Trivandrum.
