Whether you come to detoxify and rejuvenate thru Pancha Karma, or to address a particular condition, a comprehensive treatment program will be designed specifically for your needs. Therapies, herbal medicines, Ayurvedic nutrition, self-care practices and good company will bring you back into balance, purifying and rejuvenating your being, inside and out.

As you leave the airport behind you, stepping out into the warm air, you'll be greeted with a smile and driven along toward Rasa Ayurveda, your home-away from-home here in Kerala. As you enter thru the gates, you'll likely sense right away that Rasa Ayurveda is exactly what you've been hoping for.

You’ll settle into your room, take tea outside, then meet with our doctor who will examine and interview you for a full diagnosis of your prakruti (constitutional nature) and vikruti (current imbalance). You’ll take traditional Ayurveda and/or  Siddha Vaidya therapies daily and eat healthy Kerala-style Ayurvedic cuisine prepared with care and love. You’ll leave with a clear programme you can follow when you return home to maintain your health and happiness.
